Why Thermomix is worth it
And why you need one
My Thermomix World
Welcome to My Thermomix World, where you can learn all you need to know about the Thermomix from one of its biggest fans and representatives, Sam (aka Mammamix.)
Here, you will discover why Thermomix is worth it, how it works and how you can have your own in your home or commercial kitchen.
So, what is a Thermomix?
The question everyone asks is ‘What is a Thermomix?’ or “What does a Thermomix do?”
Well it may be simpler to say what it does NOT do. Here, we explain why the Thermomix is worth it for health, ease and savings.
The Thermomix will replace around 27 appliances in your kitchen. The Thermomix TM7 features include chopping, grinding, blending, steaming, kneading, sauteing, boiling, fermenting, milling, reheating, sous vide, whisking, emulsifying, slow cooking, high temperature cooking, whipping, mixing, grating, weighing and even self-cleaning.
The Thermomix is designed to help you create meals and snacks easily, quickly and with minimal mess.
It allows you to create incredible authentic curries, beautiful restaurant-worthy risottos, breads from all around the world, impeccable sauces, show-stopping cakes, impressive desserts, perfect pastries, freshly-chopped salads, healthy soups and stews, cocktails, baby food, preserves and even doggy biscuits so nobody feels left out!

Menu planning made easy
Included in the Thermomix TM7 features is the integrated recipe platform (Cookidoo) detailing 100,000 recipes, so you are never short of inspiration.
The TM7 has Wifi connectivity, allowing the recipe database (Cookidoo) to update and add new modes when it needs to. Cookidoo will help you to plan your weekly menu with ease, and also create an editable shopping list that can even synchronise with your online supermarket to have your groceries delivered to your door.
Get the whole family involved to keep everyone happy!
Guided Cooking
The guided cooking recipes will walk you through each step using the touchscreen and integrated weighing scales, incorporating the different processes required along the way.
Probably the most surprising factor that users find when asking themselves what is a Thermomix - The Thermomix will stir your ingredients FOR YOU during the cooking process.
This means you are free to get other things done whilst dinner is cooking!
There will be no more burnt or over-boiling pans, just a clean and calm kitchen with one pot that washes itself!

Chocolate Orange for brekkie? Don’t mind if I do. Chocolate chia pudding with a lovely satsuma and cacao nibs for a happy start to the day 🍫 🍊 ❤️Button

You won’t find a Stottie down South, or anywhere else in fact. These hefty breadcakes were traditionally made with the last piece of bakers dough and cooked on the bottom of the oven. They were used to fuel industry workers and filled with ham & pease pudding (not for me!). I picked some up when we were in Newcastle at the weekend, and the family weren’t particularly enamoured, fussy as they are with their homemade bread! That was until I had a brainwave to whiz up some garlic butter in the Thermomix, cut slits across the top of the bread, stuff & bake in foil for 10 minutes. I was feeding 5 teenagers for lunch and this went down an absolute storm with some pesto pasta - it reminded me very much of the Bolo de Caco we had in Madeira 🧄Button

Milk Chocolate & Banana Cake in a muffin stylee… our go-to for using spotty bananas. Delighted with myself as FOR THE FIRST TIME PRETTY MUCH EVER, I didn’t over-fill the cases! Also, don’t faff about with chocolate chips… get a nice hefty bar of Belgian chocolate and cut into chunks. I do this for 3 reasons - you get more choice of the chocolate you use, they are way more satisfying (chips often disappear) AND you get more for your money. Welcome 🙏Button

When your job as a Thermomix leader leads you to other people you wouldn’t ordinarily meet. Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting @chillipadiuk in Newcastle before the match, owned by one of my previous advisors. We loved it for the authentic flavours and friendly service. If you’re in Newcastle, (or Stratford) definitely check it out 🇲🇾Button

Doner Kebab! I’ve been wanting to make this for ages as my son loves nothing more than a kebab! Me, less so (unless it’s a very good one, I don’t mean a 3am version). Love that the recipe includes a video of the rolling process - if you’re a visual learner like me, this can make all the difference when understanding steps. It went down very well with the boys in the house, next time I might use lamb mince 🥙Button
"What can I say. Sam and my Thermomix are simply the best. My husband was skeptical about our lock down purchase but we now both use it most days. We no longer buy take aways as it is so easy to make a fresh curry, Chinese or Korean. Sam continues to make recommendations and nothing is too much trouble. It is expensive but worth every penny."
