The availability of 'free from' foods has increased dramatically over the past decade. However, if you take a closer look at those labels, quite often removing an allergen leaves room for adding heaps of other fake and unwanted ingredients. Cooking from scratch for individuals with allergies and intolerances, is empowering and liberating, not to mention more delicious and cost-effective. I would happily offer all of these recipes to anyone without intolerances too.
