Doner Kebab! I’ve been wanting to make this for ages as my son loves nothing more than a kebab! Me, less so (unless it’s a very good one, I don’t mean a 3am version). Love that the recipe includes a video of the rolling process - if you’re a visual learner like me, this can make all the difference when understanding steps. It went down very well with the boys in the house, next time I might use lamb mince 🥙

Grateful to have taken my homemade granola away camping with me, gorgeous with Greek yoghurt and beautiful berries. There are so many granola recipes on Cookidoo - I prefer mainly seeds and nuts and low sweetness 🍓

I was SO thirsty and hot after my demo last night… imagine my delight when I came across a corner shop selling slushies! I would prefer to have some kind of in-car freezer to store a homemade one though! So while the rest of the world was trying to not go blind looking at the ☀️ through various devices, I was working. I do go on holiday a lot though, so if you would like a demo, you have 8 days until I go away again 🤣🙏

Guess what I’m doing, judging only by the menu🤣 Beans, sausages, S’Mores… yep can only be one thing right? I tell you what, we are having the best time and glamping @swintonestate has to be the only way to do it. This is glamping on another level - our own proper toilet and dedicated shower, warm and cosy cabin for me, cool as yurt tent for the kids, a fire pit. The only thing missing is my Thermomix - next time I’ll pre-make something to reheat on one of the evenings. The facilities and setting are out of this world and telling ghost stories by the fire is where the memories are made 🔥
