Ok January I am over you! If you were a boyfriend, you would have been dumped by now… This very simple cucumber salad, dressed with a sprinkling of fish sauce and sesame oil, chilli & peanuts was quite uplifting to go with a quick Massaman curry (very quick when you’ve already got the paste) and some brown rice steamed perfectly in the Thermomix. Sometimes you don’t have to make your full meal in your Thermie! But of course I almost always do…Button

It’s a bone-broth-out-the-freezer kind of day… just some leftover roast chicken, kale & sesame. Made more interesting with soy, spring onions & crispy chilli oil. Light and lovely 🌿Button

Bean Ratatouille with Halloumi. This was yum and nice and speedy. I didn’t have any courgette or aubergine, so used more peppers and added directly to the bowl instead of steaming. Absolutely loved adding the lentils and chickpeas to the internal basket they were perfectly steamed and intact - genius ❤️. Mildred approved of the Halloumi 🐶Button
