Thank-you for the top tip about using brown butter in your pancake mix @harrogatemama 🙌 Delicious indeed… kids stuck with sweet ones (of course they did!) and controversially I had sour cream, cheese and spring onions 😆. Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api. We made this yesterday at cooking class, and whilst I’ve made it before, @yasminfarooq made it better! So I had to make it again as soon as I got home. Absolutely perfect if you’ve succumbed to the lurgy. I recommend 6 de-seeded bird eye chillis for the perfect kick 🌶️ and the fresh lime leaves are non-negotiable, quite frankly 💖Button

Malaysian Cooking Class today in our branch office @thermomix_yorkshire_northeast today! So much knowledge shared, tips and inspiration galore and the most divine recipes and flavours experienced. Pistachio & Lemon Curd Cake - now #thatsamore - I really loved making this and was pleased with the result. It’s a really interesting one as you make the lemon curd first and then spoon half of it onto the top of the cake batter before baking. Serve with the remaining lemon curd and crème fraiche and this was the perfect birthday cake for my Mum ❤️ And dessert for Valentine’s Day! Are you making a special meal today for someone?! ❤️Button

Here one minute, scone the next. That’s February for you, so don’t forget to make the most of our promotion this month for new customers to receive an exclusive invitation to an online cooking class @aldozilli_official . I hadn’t made scones in ages and then I had 5 encounters in a week! We made Cheese Scones for new advisor training, then Breakfast Scones for one demo, more cheesy ones for another demo, our exchange student made us some at school (he must think this is all the Brits eat) and then I made the Cranberry Orange ones which were insanely good with raspberry jam & clotted cream.
