We had the best time away for our Gourmet Escape courtesy of @thermomixukandireland ❤️. This was part of my reward for reaching Executive status last year and lucky me I got to choose the destination. I’ve always wanted to go to the @thestarinnatharome and so that’s where we found ourselves - in the best room in the house of this Michelin starred local delight. It’s such a beautiful place, the food was divine and we also had a lovely stroll around Helmsley and a countryside walk. If you are still thinking about joining me as a Thermomix advisor, what are you still thinking about?! Drop me that message today, you never know, it might be the best decision you make ❤️. Huge thanks to Thermomix UK for our incredible break, Love Sam & Andy xxButton

Tex Mex Chicken Soup… this is absolutely delicious… I added a tin of black beans & blended half of the soup (try to keep the chicken pieces intact) for a full bodied soup with creaminess from the beans. Don’t forget to make your own taco seasoning first! Flavour explosion and protein powerhouse 🔥Button

Taco Seasoning ingredients - I made this for a demo as a pre-cursor to the Tex Mex Chicken Soup. We swapped chicken for black beans as the customer was vegetarian. Even though it was a virtual demo, I always try to be respectful of a clients preferences 💚Button

Ok, so my daughter’s favourite food in the universe is SUSHI, with a Poke bowl coming a close second. We make lots at home - the sushi rice in the Thermomix is PERFECTION, but she prefers raw fish to smoked salmon which is what I usually use. Here’s my predicament - access to sushi grade fish is tricky and my understanding is that fish would need to have been frozen to a specific temperature in order to kill any parasites first. Can I do this in a domestic freezer? Any sushi experts here??? 🍣Button

Milk Chocolate Banana Cake as muffins - my go-to when I have ripe bananas to use. I chop dark chocolate into chunks instead of using chips - it’s more cost effective and satisfyingly gooey! They also work brilliantly as a dessert when served hot from the oven with cream or ice cream and banana haters can rejoice as you can’t tell they’re in there 🫶Button
"I decided to take the plunge and purchase a thermomix in spring 2021 and can honestly say it’s has been the purchase/investment I have ever made. It has transformed our diet, saved us SO much money on the weekly shop and broadened my culinary skills and knowledge no end. Samantha is an inspiration and her ongoing support is invaluable! If my house was on fire and I could only save one thing……it would be my Thermomix "
