Chana Masala… as demonstrated in my LIVE yesterday, alongside 7 seed crackers to showcase the beauty of having 2 bowls for your Thermomix! An infinite combination of possibilities and this is one of my favourite plant-based curries. I used black chickpeas again 😋

Spiced Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Minted Yoghurt. Why? Because I had a giant cauliflower to use and when I’m in the throes of hectic, I just have to nail the basics of good nutrition or the wheels really come off! Very nice to sit in the sunshine and have this for lunch and I know Mildred won’t try to steal it from me 🌱 I finally managed to find some black chickpeas and this was a good excuse to use them. They are dense and nutty and very tasty indeed. I’ve been writing my next cooking class which is going to be a wellness event taking place in Wakefield @thermomix_yorkshire_northeast on 14th March. What a wonderful time away… now it’s straight back to it with some new foodie inspiration from Holland! Rijsttafel was one of the highlights, in the restaurant where we had my birthday meal. A collection of delicious Indonesian dishes such as Gado Gado, Rendang, and the most delicious rice. The Rijksmuseum did not disappoint, a fun ghost tour and a canal cruise, market meandering… lots of walking and who knew that Tony’s chocolate was made in Amsterdam?! 🌷
