How incredible does this Guinness Cake look? I hugely appreciate customers sending me their creations - it keeps my content fresh and I just love to hear how you’re getting on! “Thermie has been a game changer for our family meals and baking. I made the most amazing Guinness chocolate cake and I have never achieved such a smooth cream cheese frosting before, even with my KitchenAid (which I have now sold). And it took 30 seconds! ❤️”Button

When you ask your son to film your assembly and he makes you do weird TikTok business 🤦♀️ this is the vegetable seeded wraps from the other day, loaded with healthy stuff. The things I do for love ❤️Button

Fermenting your own food can be so satisfying and a very cheap way of doing it - yoghurt, sauerkraut, cheese, siracha, kefir are all good ways to increase diversity of your microbiome and improve digestion. If you’re going to buy something ready made, always check the labels - if the list is too long and too confusing it’s probably not worth it! If you’re buying fermented food, it’s likely not the raw version but this is the real deal & is absolutely delish 💜Button

Protein Boosted Oatmeal… ***Trigger Warning - this porridge contains cottage cheese!*** Well I love cottage cheese, but not everyone does which I put down to a challenging texture. My top tip here is to whizz the cottage cheese as your first step in your Thermomix until smooth (10 seconds/ speed 6 should do it). Then put to one side and continue with the recipe. I doubled the protein powder and the water and cottage cheese and cooked WITH the banana. Serve with frozen cherries & raspberries and it was really very good. If standard porridge leaves you hungry, it means you’re getting a blood sugar spike from the oats and the spike needs a good whack on the head with protein and fibre. Adding the frozen fruit adds a summery vibe and interesting contrast 🙌Button

Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad (without the cranberries!). I used yoghurt instead of mayo and added some dill & walnuts… a great high protein, low carb lunch 💚Button
"I decided to take the plunge and purchase a thermomix in spring 2021 and can honestly say it’s has been the purchase/investment I have ever made. It has transformed our diet, saved us SO much money on the weekly shop and broadened my culinary skills and knowledge no end. Samantha is an inspiration and her ongoing support is invaluable! If my house was on fire and I could only save one thing……it would be my Thermomix "
